Opportunity

With team members in different timezones, and on different projects, there was a big need to bring cohesion to the UX team.

How Might We

Concept

Verily employee’s are internally called “Veeps”. Our concept was inspired by the People’s Choice Awards (a popular awards show on NBC and CBS).

What we did

We brainstormed 18 award categories. These would ultimately be awarded to individuals.

We designed a monthly voting form for the team to participate in. There were 9 nominees each month that would receive awards.

Every month, we would release the award results of who won which awards!
